ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Commercial general contractor is in need of an assistant project manager to be part of a team in their Charlotte, NC headquarters. This contractor builds negotiated mixed use projects, medical office buildings, bank and corporate office upfits throughout the Carolinas. This position will work directly with the principals of the company.

Duties:Duties includes writing contracts, checking shop drawings, RFIs, ordering materials, coordination with architects, owners, engineers, building officials.
Experience:Experience required is one to five years working for a commercial general contractor as a project engineer or assistant project manager.
Education:A four year construction related degree is required.
Compensation:$60,000 to $70,000 plus benefits and bonus program. Relocation assistance can be provided.
