The President of our firm, Mr. Russ Walter, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, (currently inactive), and previously held Unlimited General Contractor licenses in three states. He was in construction for nineteen years. Mr. Walter worked for three ENR top 100 firms during that time, nine years in project management, and another ten as a Chief Estimator. He created Synergy Professionals because he saw a need for a better recruiter.
The word “Professionals” is part of our name for a very good reason. We will never recruit from a client company, we will fully divulge all information our screening and reference checks produce, and we will conduct all our business with the highest level of professionalism.

What makes us unique?
• Synergy Professionals does not blindly send out resumes and let our clients screen them. We make sure the client gets quality candidates. Rarely, will we submit more than two or three candidates for a position
• Synergy Professionals does not have inexperienced personnel involved in candidate screening or client service. Each candidate is screened and interviewed by the president of our company, before their resume is ever sent to a client.
•We only recommend the people that are qualified for the position. If we are unable to find a match we will tell you, not try to make a match.
• Most recruiters deserve the bad reputation they have. They don’t know anything about the construction industry. That prevents them from being capable of providing a professional service to their clients.
